My husband and I planned a Renaissance themed wedding and Chris and Lynda prepared a perfect ceremony to fit! Lynda worked with us to write a ceremony that was unique to our theme and to us as a couple. Chris was amazing with his delivery and he had such a calming energy while guiding us through the readings. We got so many compliments on the ceremony, even in the weeks following the wedding. We loved how enthusiastic they were to fit our renaissance theme, they even dressed up like we requested of our guests. We were sad that Jayne was not available for our ceremony initially, but working with Lynda and Chris turned out to be the perfect fit for our special day! Thank you guys again for everything!

Jayne did an amazing job for my wedding. We did a cruise wedding and could not ask for a better officiant. We spoke to her on the phone for about 1 hour to discuss what we wanted her to say at the wedding. We met her for the first time on our wedding day and she blew me out of the water on how she personalized our ceremony and even including great scripts for our blended family. I could not of asked for a better person to perform our wedding.
Jayne was absolutely fabulous. She could not have done a better job. The ceremony was thoughtful and romantic. Everyone in our family loved Jayne and the moment we met her she felt like a beloved friend.

Jayne was absolutely wonderful to work with. She bills her approach as starting with a blank sheet and working towards what the couple wants. While entirely true, that leaves out how much experience she brings to the table to make those ideas come through and shine on the big day. At every step of the process she had insightful pointers, helpful next steps, and a certainty and assurance that was welcome during the stress and unknown of planning. She was easy to communicate with, always approachable, and quick to respond to questions and concerns. On the big day she had everything put together for us, including a copy to take home and was able to keep us calm and help make our special day absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant.
Jayne was our amazing officiant for our wedding! She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful of our opinions and ideas throughout the wedding planning process for the ceremony. When the hubby and I mentioned that we were streaming for out of town friends and family, she was very excited and asked what places they were from so that she could mention them and had us all wave at the cameras. I know we had a hiccup with the close up mic as I was being given away during the ceremony but thankfully with Jayne’s quick thinking and adaptability, she decided to speak loudly for our small group of guests as well as for the attached mics to the cameras. We spoke as loudly and things got better from there. We had planned for a video game/geek wedding and went totally non-traditional and Jayne was incredibly interested in the alternative unity ceremony we brought up to reference my favorite childhood game, Kingdom Hearts. You can tell how incredibly passionate she is with her job and it makes it even better that she had quite the calming presence. Everything went better than expected and we couldn’t be more thankful to have her marry us. Thank you Jayne!! 💜
Jayne performed a dedication service for our 3 sons. We decided to utilize Jayne for our service in September 2021. However, we had to cancel due to my contracting COVID a couple days before the service. Jayne was so understanding. She waited patiently while we rescheduled and helped us write the perfect service for our family. We finally had the service the following May. Jayne provided printed programs, was timely and still sat and waited for our guests to arrive, delivered a beautiful service, signed the boys bibles and offered to stay as long as we needed to ensure our photographer got all the shots we needed. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in a heartbeat.
We got married May 21,2022 and we had Jayne. She was simply amazing. Everyone at our wedding said she did a great job and she really did. Super friendly and nice. We were so nervous the first couple of minutes standing up there but she made it so calm and easy for us. I would recommend her to anyone and if i could give her 1000 stars i would. My husband and I got married by John 10 years ago, and when we decided to return to Treasure Island to renew our vows, we thought of A Perfect Witness. Unfortunately, John has passed. Jayne, however, was pleased to continue what John started and added her own touch to our renewal ceremony. She wrote a script for us that was in keeping with John’s spirit but also updated to allow for the 10 years we have spent married to each other. Our renewal was touching (I think all five of our guests wept!) and loving and captured exactly the feeling my husband and I were hoping for. Jayne recommended a wonderful photographer who would spent an hour with us to take photos so we didn’t have to rely on our friends to do so. We wanted something simple and quick, and Jayne provided that and more: she added warmth, kindness and laughter to our special day. We will forever be grateful to John, Jayne and A Perfect Witness for playing such important roles in our wedding and vow renewal ceremonies.
I am thankful to be married to my very best friend…a very sweet man with the world’s biggest heart….a veteran of the United States Army. We had our wedding at the Florida Aquarium, and Jayne was listed as one of their preferred vendors. When my, now husband, and I spoke with Jayne for the first time to discuss our wedding, we knew we had found our officiant. She was so wonderful, answered all of our questions, and made the process so easy. On the day of, she was so warm, and comforting, and helped make our ceremony amazing! Her words were beautiful, so many of our guests cried (as did we lol) and she also helped make everyone laugh as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead our ceremony! I’d highly recommend her to anyone, she will help make your special day even more special!!

Our wedding was celebrated and blessed by Ms Jayne. I was referred to her. I called her, she was very nice and calm and asked me a few questions. She explained everything about different prices and service. She sent me the link to sign up to make a deposit just to reserve the date and time. She kept in touch with me. My husband and I had an appointment with her on the phone; she explained everything every detail to us on what we need to do on that day. She gave us hints. She was there on time.
Every single guest talks about how perfect the ceremony was by Ms Jayne. The name (A Perfect Witness ) is a perfect name to describe the company. We recommend Ms Jayne from A Perfect Witness to any one who is getting married who wants a precise and perfect ceremony.

We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Paul and I wanted to thank you for officiating our wedding and help make it such a special day. As we all know too well, it is difficult planning anything during COVID, let alone a surprise wedding ceremony. Your willingness to just “blend in” was much appreciated. Not one person figured out why you were there. Most of them thought you were the event boss…LOL! Paul and I have pulled off a few surprises in our past but mostly just surprising Sarah, Todd and Rebecca. Pulling off this Yapa went above and beyond. Not sure we will ever top this one.

By the time I met Jayne, I felt like we were old friends! Jayne took the time to have several phone conversations with me and answer all my questions. Jayne had a beautiful purple bouquet waiting for me and even tracked down purple rose petals to scatter on the beach (by special request)! With only two weeks notice, we had a beautiful wedding with Jayne’s help. My husband and I are so happy we trusted A Perfect Witness with our wedding. It was exactly what we wanted!

A Perfect Witness was perfect! Jayne was a pleasure. We enjoyed getting to know her and having her be apart of our special day. She met with us 2 weeks before the date and made us feel very comfortable. She walked thru the steps and provided us with some readings and prayers to review to help us select the perfect readings that fit us and our wedding ceremony. On our special day, she took the time to speak with both of us individually and make that part of our ceremony. I loved every moment of our wedding.
